Payment Terms

These Payment Terms ("Terms") govern the purchase, use, and refund of credits and fees in connection with the IMEILookup services, operated by Code Eleven, a Sole Proprietorship based in India, with affiliated operations provided by K11 Technologies LLC FZ in Dubai, UAE. By adding credits, making payments, or otherwise engaging in transactions with IMEILookup, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Fees and Prepaid Credits

The Services operate primarily on a prepaid credit model. You may purchase credits, which are deducted when orders are processed. Fees and credits are denominated in the currencies supported by our payment processors. Credits remain valid indefinitely, unless otherwise stated, but we reserve the right to revise credit validity periods with prior notice.

2. Payment Methods

Payments may be made via Stripe (credit/debit cards) or CoinGate (cryptocurrency), which are credited automatically. One (1) credit equals one (1) U.S. dollar, and your balance will reflect the net amount received after any network, processor, or foreign exchange fees.

Manual payment methods such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Western Union may be accepted by prior arrangement and are credited after verification.

3. Refunds and Account Closure

Payments and credits are generally non-refundable, except as expressly provided below:

• Automatic credit reversals are applied for failed or undelivered orders.
• If you voluntarily close your account in good standing, we will refund any unused balance to your original payment method within ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days, subject to processor timelines and compliance checks. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds will be attempted to the original wallet address; if this is not possible, we may issue the refund as account credits instead.
• At your request, unused credits may be transferred to another IMEILookup user account.
• Accounts terminated for cause (including fraud, breach of these Terms, or misuse) are not eligible for refunds, and unused credits will be forfeited.
• Promotional or bonus credits, including those issued via redeem codes, are non-refundable, non-transferable to cash, and may expire or be revoked in cases of misuse.

4. Taxes

Fees and charges exclude applicable taxes (such as GST or VAT). Where required by law, IMEILookup will add and collect applicable taxes. In other cases, you are responsible for self-assessing and paying any required taxes.

5. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you believe a payment has been made in error, you must notify us in writing within sixty (60) days of the charge. We will investigate in good faith, and amounts under dispute will not accrue late fees during the review period. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting IMEILookup constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we may suspend your account, forfeit any remaining credits, and pass through any processor fees incurred.

6. Promotional Credits

IMEILookup may from time to time issue promotional or bonus credits. These credits are non-refundable, non-transferable to cash, and may expire or be revoked in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Payment Terms form part of the IMEILookup Terms of Use. They are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
